1. General rules

 
This policy applies to all purchases of automotive spare parts and components supplied by Recups. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
 
  • All return requests must be notified in writing to info@recups.es within the established deadlines.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, unused, unmodified and in perfect resalable condition.
  • Custom‑ordered parts, electrical components, fluids or items already fitted/installed are NOT eligible for return or refund.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the goods. Bank fees or transaction charges may be deducted where applicable.
 

 

2. Right to return – Customer change of mind

 
You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the conditions above.
 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover postage for returns due to choice or incorrect ordering.
  • A refund of 80% of the product value will be issued — the remaining 20% covers inspection, restocking and administrative costs.
  • If the item is returned damaged, used or without original packaging, no refund will be made.
 

 

3. Incorrect item, error or defect

 

✅ Wrong part sent / Order error

 
If we send you an incorrect part or different from what was confirmed:
 
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange free collection of the wrong item and send the correct one at no extra cost.
  • Full refund available if you prefer not to reorder — including original delivery charges.
 

✅ Defective or faulty product

 
All our parts come with a 12‑month warranty against manufacturing defects.
 
  • To claim, you must provide the original invoice and proof of proper professional installation.
  • We will examine the part:
    • If confirmed defective: full refund, free replacement or credit note — your choice.
    • If no defect is found or fault comes from incorrect fitting/use: no refund; part returned to you at your cost.
     
 
⚠️ Not covered: defects from normal wear, accident, misuse, incorrect installation, modifications or use outside original specifications.
 

 

4. Cancellations

 
  • Orders not yet shipped: you may cancel for a full refund — no fees.
  • Orders already dispatched: treated as a return (see section 2).
  • Special‑order or imported items: cannot be cancelled once processed.
 

 

5. Compatibility responsibility

 
We specialize in Yoyo brand spare parts only. It is your responsibility to confirm the exact model, year and reference number before ordering.
 
  • We do not accept returns or refunds because of wrong compatibility choice by the customer.
  • If in doubt, contact us before buying — we will help you verify the correct part.
 

 

6. Exceptions

 
  • No returns or refunds after 14 days from delivery.
  • No refund for parts already fitted or used in any vehicle.
  • No refund for orders delayed or lost by the transport company (we will assist you in making a claim with the carrier).
 

 

7. How to request a return

 
  1. Email us at info@recups.es with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Send the product securely packaged to the address provided.
  4. Inspection and refund process starts upon receipt.
