2. Products and compatibility

• Our entire catalog is focused on parts for the Yoyo brand. We do not guarantee compatibility with other brands or models unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Product descriptions, images and technical data are for reference only. We strive to keep information accurate, but minor variations may occur due to manufacturer updates.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the part ordered matches the exact model, year and specifications of their vehicle before purchasing.
• All parts sold are intended for professional fitting or installation by qualified personnel. We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect assembly or improper use.

3. Orders and prices

• All prices are shown in [EUR / applicable currency], excluding shipping costs and taxes where applicable.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will always be billed at the price agreed at the time of purchase.
• An order is only considered confirmed and binding once we send you a written acceptance or confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment

• Payment must be made in full according to the method and terms agreed at checkout.
• We accept the payment methods indicated on our website or commercial documents.
• Ownership of the products remains with Recups until full payment is received.

5. Shipping and delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock availability and transport services. Delays do not entitle you to cancel or claim compensation unless agreed otherwise.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the transport company or collection by the customer.
• It is your responsibility to check the package and its contents immediately upon receipt. Any damage or missing items must be reported to us and the carrier within 24 hours.

6. Returns and warranty

✅ Returns

• You may return unused, original‑packaged items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Custom‑ordered parts, electrical components or parts already fitted are not returnable.
• Return costs are borne by the customer unless the item sent was incorrect or defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 days after inspection of the returned goods.

✅ Warranty

• All our products come with a 12‑month warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable law.
• The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, misuse, incorrect installation, modifications or use in unsuitable conditions.
• Warranty claims require presentation of the original purchase invoice and professional installation proof where relevant.

7. Liability

• Recups is only liable for the value of the product sold. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, vehicle downtime or repair costs beyond the price paid for the part.
• We are not responsible for compatibility issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual property

• All texts, images, logos, descriptions and technical content on our platforms are property of Recups or our suppliers. Reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

9. Applicable law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Toledo, Madrid.
